Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for vendors who wish to sell products on the Brickverse Creator Store. By becoming a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Vendor Verification

a. Vendors must have a verified ID on their Brickverse account to sell products on the Brickverse Creator Store.

b. The Brickverse platform reserves the right to request additional verification information from vendors to ensure compliance with our policies.

2. Product Guidelines

a. Vendors must ensure that the products they upload to the Brickverse Creator Store comply with our guidelines and do not violate any laws or regulations.

b. Products must not contain any content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights or violates any applicable terms of service or licensing agreements.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

a. If a vendor's product is accompanied by an End User License Agreement (EULA), the terms of the EULA must be clearly specified on the product page using the official EULA system provided by the Brickverse Creator Store.

b. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their EULA complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Pricing and Licensing

a. Abusive pricing practices, such as excessive fees or unreasonable restrictions, are strictly prohibited. b. Products sold on the Brickverse Creator Store cannot have restrictions that limit the number of users or installations, commonly referred to as "seat" restrictions.

c. Vendors may offer multiple licensing options for their products, but all licensing terms must be clearly communicated to customers.

5. Customer Usage

a. Customers who purchase products from the Brickverse Creator Store must be able to freely utilize the asset within their projects.

b. Customers are permitted to use the purchased assets with their employees and contractors without any additional restrictions imposed by the vendor.

6. Compliance

a. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products and practices comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

b. The Brickverse platform reserves the right to remove any products or suspend any vendor accounts that violate this Agreement or our policies.

7. Indemnification

a. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Brickverse platform, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the vendor's products or actions.

8. Modifications

a. The Brickverse platform reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

b. By continuing to sell products on the platform after any changes to this Agreement, vendors agree to be bound by the revised terms.

By becoming a vendor on the Brickverse Creator Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Vendor Agreement.
