End-user License Agreement

This Brickverse Creator Store End-User License Agreement ("BCS-EULA", "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the vendor of the product available on the Brickverse Creator Store. By accessing or using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not access or use the product.

1. License Grant

a. The vendor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

b. The license granted herein is limited to the specific product purchased by you and does not extend to any other product or service provided by the vendor.

2. Permitted Uses

a. You may use the product for personal or commercial purposes, as specified by the vendor and outlined in the product description.

b. You may modify, adapt, or incorporate the product into your own projects, subject to the restrictions outlined in this EULA.

3. Prohibited Uses

a. You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the product or any rights granted under this EULA to any third party.

b. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the product, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

c. You may not use the product in any manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

a. The product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

b. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the product are retained by the vendor.

5. Termination

a. This EULA is effective until terminated by either party.

b. The license granted under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

c. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies of the product in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the vendor regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
