# Purchase Agreement

## Introduction

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BrickVerse.co ("Seller") and the individual or entity making the purchase ("Buyer"). This Agreement governs the purchase of paid services, virtual goods, and the associated refund policy for BrickVerse, which pertains to the social platform designed to connect players with the power of game creation, hereinafter referred to as "BrickVerse".

**1. Definitions**

1.1. **Paid Services**: Any services offered by Seller, for which a fee is charged.

1.2. **Virtual Goods**: Any digital items, assets, or in-game content related to BrickVerse that may be purchased by the Buyer.

**2. Purchase of Paid Services**

2.1. Buyer agrees to pay the specified fees for the purchase of Paid Services provided by Seller, as outlined on the Seller's official platform.

2.2. Buyer acknowledges that access to Paid Services may be subject to subscription fees, one-time purchases, or any other pricing model as determined by Seller.

**3. Refund Policy**

3.1. Seller offers a refund policy for Paid Services as outlined on their official resources documentation.

3.2. Buyer is responsible for reviewing and understanding the refund policy before making any purchases.

**4. Virtual Goods**

4.1. Buyer may purchase Virtual Goods within BrickVerse.

4.2. Buyer acknowledges that Virtual Goods have no real-world value and are for use within the BrickVerse platform only.

4.3. Seller retains the right to modify, add, or remove Virtual Goods at their discretion, without liability to the Buyer.

**5. Ownership and Rights**

5.1. Buyer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to BrickVerse, belong to Seller.

**6. Termination**

6.1. Seller reserves the right to terminate Buyer's access to BrickVerse and Paid Services in the event of any violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

**7. Governing Law**

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

**8. Entire Agreement**

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By making a purchase or using any services offered by Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Agreement.
