Item Deletion Agreement

This Item Deletion Agreement ("Agreement") is a supplement to the Terms of Service ("Terms") of Brickverse.gg. This Agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions regarding the deletion of user-generated content, including catalog items, gamepasses, and developer products ("Items"), by either the content creator or the Brickverse.gg staff.

By using Brickverse.gg and participating in any activities involving Items, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

1.1 Items Items refer to all forms of user-generated content, including but not limited to catalog items, gamepasses, and developer products, created and distributed within Brickverse.gg.

1.2 Moderation Moderation refers to the actions taken by Brickverse.gg staff to review, alter, restrict, or remove Items that violate community guidelines, terms of service, or any applicable laws and regulations.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Deletion by Creator In the event that an Item is deleted by its creator, you agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for any associated costs, including but not limited to in-game currency, real currency, or other forms of payment used to acquire the Item.

2.2 Moderation by Staff If an Item is moderated by Brickverse.gg staff, resulting in its alteration, restriction, or removal, you agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for any associated costs, including but not limited to in-game currency, real currency, or other forms of payment used to acquire the Item.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

3.1 User Responsibility You acknowledge that creating, purchasing, or otherwise obtaining Items within Brickverse.gg involves inherent risks, including the risk of deletion by the creator or moderation by Brickverse.gg staff. By engaging in these activities, you accept these risks and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

3.2 No Guarantees Brickverse.gg does not guarantee the continued availability or usability of any Item. Items may be deleted or moderated at any time without notice and without liability to Brickverse.gg.

4. Agreement to Waive Refund Rights

4.1 Waiver of Claims By using Brickverse.gg and participating in activities involving Items, you explicitly waive your right to bring any claim, suit, or demand for refunds, reimbursements, or compensation related to the deletion or moderation of Items.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Modification of Agreement Brickverse.gg reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

5.2 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Oregon.

5.3 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using Brickverse.gg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Item Deletion Agreement.
